UK visa restrictions leaving cyber businesses under threat

This report has also made an appeal to the British tech companies to organize a rally to attract more EU people under Tier 2 Visa program. In its latest data record, it has mentioned that UK businesses are fighting with a high data risk due to work vacancies of cyber security experts. A global report based on different aspects and reviews from the people who are searching job in the Britain enormously said that Britain is currently holding the second worst rank who has a gap of skilled cyber-security experts while a new immigration skill charge is going to be added to the account of Tier 2 Visas from 6th of April, this year. This recent data analysis also found that the UK is holding the third position in the whole world in term cyber-security job advertisement. This report also highlighted that the proportion the employee’s interest towards a job and the demand from an employer for the same job are 3:1. The report has also mentioned that nowadays when almost most of the country is fighting with cyber-security skill gap, the number is significantly very high in Britain. It also mentioned that rising threat of cyber-security has resulted in a surge for cyber-security job advertisement in the UK during the period of 2014 to 2016, but the candidates were unable to match up their skill with the employer’s demands. Apart from the UK, countries like Brazil, Germany, Italy, and France are also facing cyber-security skill gap issues. Seeing the threat at the business level, several tech sectors in the UK have come forward to put an effort in order to attract more foreign cyber-security experts from non-EU and EU countries under Tier 2 Visa program. The report also said the Britain is one of the three countries which is continuously facing cyber-security skill gap for the last couple of years and the demand of for cyber-security experts has also increased by 5% since 2014. According to another data analysis, Canada, USA, Ireland and Australia is now supporting a high ratio of job search to the immigrants. Apart from this, recent statistics is saying that advancement in the latest technology is determining the job role for which a cyber-security expert has applied.
