The General Directorate of Foreigners Affairs and Residency recently published a statement. As per their statement, which is released by the General Directorate of Foreigners Affairs and Residency shortly known as G.D.R.F.A. located in Dubai, Indians who are visiting the U.A.E. will receive visa-on-arrival.
However, the rule will appeal particularly to the Indians who are holding a residency visa of the European Union or the United Kingdom.
A video on General Directorate of Foreigners Affairs and Residency’s official twitter account announced that citizens of India holding standard passports with a residence visa from European Union nations and the U.K. could take an entry permit on all U.A.E. entrance points, by producing the validity of the residence visa given by the European Union or the U.K., and is not less than a tenure of 6 months.
Once done, travelers can go to the counter of Marhaba service to obtain their entry permit for a fee of 100 UAE Dirhams and 20 UAE Dirhams for service charges. After that, they can then continue to passport control.
